The hotel had wonderful rooms with handicapped equipment, though a little more lighting would be beneficial. Being handicap accessible meant a shower curtain instead of a shower door. The service was nice and friendly, with no complaints. The hotel even had staff who learned sign language to assist future customers, which was a wonderful addition after a long tiring journey. The location was convenient, within walking distance from various dining options, despite being disheveled and needing attention. The dining experience was good overall, especially for quick service. The hotel facilities were great and very convenient.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were overall excellent, boasting a spotlessly clean and bright environment with top-notch bedding, perfect for my business trip. However, the beds were a bit low to the ground. The service was outstanding, with a special shoutout to the manager who went out of their way to resolve a check-in issue. The location was superb, offering a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities. The dining experience was unique, and the Italian food was delightful. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
